Cobev Ltd – Click & Collect Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
Click & Collect is available to registered trade customers only. Orders must be placed via your verified Cobev account.

2. No Minimum Order
There is no minimum spend required for Click & Collect orders.

3. Payment

Full payment must be made online before collection. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Collection Timing
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready, however please use the lead times below as a guideline for order preparation times:

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM: available from 9:00 AM the next working day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM: available from 1:00 PM the next working day.

• Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be available from Monday Afternoon/Tuesday Morning.

5. Order Preparation
Our team uses a cluster-picking system to increase speed and accuracy. Please avoid last-minute changes, as these disrupt order fulfilment.

6. Order Surveillance
All orders are prepared under video monitoring. In the event of a dispute, CCTV footage will be used as the final point of reference.

7. Order Verification
Please check your order carefully before leaving the premises. Claims for shortages or damages, especially on tobacco products, will not be accepted once the goods leave the depot.

8. Collection Authorisation
Only account holders may collect orders. If you wish to send someone else, email us in advance with the individual’s name and vehicle registration.

9. Uncollected Orders
Orders must be collected within 3 days of notification.

• After 3 days: we will attempt to contact you.

• After 7 days: your order will be refunded (excluding any service or processing fees).

10. Cancellations
If you cancel a processed order awaiting collection, a £12 cancellation fee will apply.

11. Collection Process
On arrival:

• Park in the designated Click & Collect Bay.

• Confirm your arrival at the marked entrance.

• Our team will bring your goods out once verified.
  
  

12. Loading Responsibility
If you request forklift or staff-assisted loading, Cobev Ltd accepts no liability for any damage to your vehicle or goods. Your consent is required before loading.

13. Communication
Ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid delays in order communication.

14. Important
Please arrive during your selected time slot. Late arrivals may cause delays in processing.
