  • all prices are shown exclusive of VAT;

  • VAT will be added where applicable;

  • promotional prices may be withdrawn at any time.

Where an obvious pricing error exists, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and refund any payment received.

  • collection from our Cash & Carry;

  • wholesale delivery;

  • other fulfilment methods offered at checkout.

10. Cash & Carry Purchases

Customers visiting our Cash & Carry premises must comply with all health and safety instructions displayed on site.

Cobev reserves the right to refuse entry or service where behaviour is abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.

Customers remain responsible for checking that goods collected correspond with their order before leaving our premises.

11. Export Orders

Export sales may be subject to additional documentation, duties, taxes, customs requirements or local regulations.

The customer remains responsible for complying with all applicable import laws within the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Alcohol Sales

Certain products sold by Cobev contain alcohol.

By ordering alcohol you confirm that:

  • you are purchasing for legitimate business purposes;

  • you are legally permitted to purchase alcohol;

  • you hold any licences required by law.

We reserve the right to request evidence of licences before fulfilling any order.

13. Payment

Payment methods accepted by Cobev are displayed during checkout.

Unless a Trade Credit Account has been approved, payment must be made before goods are released.

Customers operating under an approved credit facility remain subject to the separate Trade Credit Terms.

Termination shall not affect any rights accrued before termination.
